This is usually a dock that has many slips that people can pull their boats into. The boat remains in the water and is then ready for you at a moments notice. Boat slips can also provide electricity to your boat so that you do not wear down your battery running things on your boat. This type of boat storage can also be on the expensive side since there are only so many slips available at each boat storage facility. Some nicer condominiums will offer boat slips to the tenants as an extra feature to the community. With each type of boat storage there are always extra services that you can purchase if you have the money. Some boat storage facilities will wash your boat, rinse out the motor and store your boat away nice and clean. This is especially helpful in salt water boating. Some boat storage facilities will also have boat mechanics on duty to help you with any repairs you may need on your boat. Some larger boat storage facilities will even have a small restaurant or store where you can buy breakfast and some ice to put on your boat. Lots of boat storage is out there is you need it, all you have to do is look for it.
